I did follow the plan for 4 days out of 7. And when I did go off I limited it to just a couple of cookies instead of the who tin. I have a feeling the weight loss was water as that is what I have been doing for the past week. I also have started with a physicologist at the Diabetic Clinic. It was very intense an at one point I wanted to walk away but maybe there is hope and I will find out why I want to die. Yesterday I garbaged all the Christmas baking and made John put his up in his room. I have also started to look at vegitarian dishes. I will eat those and add meat to Johns. This week will be tight as we don't have very much money. I just have to make it to February for money and then it should even out.
