It's been a few days since I wrote. Not a whole lot has happened. I worked this weekend and had yesterday and today off. Yesterday I did absolutely nothing, which was nice, but at the same time I felt a little bit guilty. Oh well today's a new day. So I'm not sure about my actual weight! Since I got here I put my scale in the bathroom and have weighed in the same spot, well the last day of the challenge I weighed and got the 117.2 and then moved it some because it looked like it was against the wall and it read 118.something. Yikes! Due to challenge purposes I just kept the 117 weight because that's where I'd been weighing. Who knows. I'm not terribly concerned with the weight loss now that the challenge is over, but want to focus more on the getting in shape! Which I'm doing, but you know what I mean. I was looking on the beachbody.com website and found this Turbo Jam rotation, which I think I'm going to do. I like a schedule and this is nice! (You don't have to read this, this is just for me to keep!)

Anyway, today I'm going to drive to a town about 20 miles away to deposit a couple checks I have (that's the closest Bank of America) and may just do some looking around. I was going to geocache, but it was pouring rain until an hour ago so everything is soaked. I think Greg's coming out here at the end of the month (29th or so), I'm really excited. I was homesick the other day, but more just Greg and dog sick. He's actually been doing Extreme Fat Smash; he started Sunday, I'm really surprised he's doing it! I was "bad" with some of my food choices this week, but nothing that I think will set me back too much. This girl I work with and I went to a restaurant and I got a hamburger because I was craving a hamburger. It was delicious!

That's about it!

Wow. That's some Turbo Jam schedule! You are going to be ripped from head to toe by the time Greg sees you! I think that, with the amount of activity and exercise you have in your day to day, you can definitely afford to indulge in a burger once in a while without guilt or repercussions. Don't worry about the fidgety scale. Even if you did go up one pound, chances are it won't stick around for long.

I wish we got Turbo Jam over here - it looks really cool, and that kind of schedule would be right up my street! I checked out eBay, but the postage costs are just horrendous. Oh well, I'll have to make do with my slightly lower key British DVDs! My answer to the scales would be to put them right back where they were!! ;)

I looked at that Turbo Jam, but it's pretty expensive. I didn't see where you can buy the DVD's individually. My cousin did the P90X and she said that kicked her butt. She said her arms got really defined and she lost a lot of weight. I've been trying to get her to copy them for me, but she lives out of state so who knows how long that will take.
