mars2kids's Journal, 03 December 2012

Okay, now that my work Christmas Party is over and I'll still be busy but I have one stressor out of the way, I'm going to work to get back on to my plan. I wanted to do a workout this morning, but with lack of sleep from a super busy weekend, I needed the little bit of extra sleep this morning. I'm going to try to get up tomorrow to get at least a short workout in.
My stomach has been so upset lately and I know it's because of all of the junk I'm eating, so I'm going to try to stay away from so much sugar and eat more good stuff. I need to replenish my house with fruits and veggies, so that's my plan for the weekend. I didn't have time to make my lunch this morning, so I don't know what I'm going to do. I don't want fast food, so I may have to make a quick trip to the grocery store and find something quick and somewhat healthy.
After the party on Saturday there were so many left over sweets, so I brought most of them to work today. They really didn't even look or sound good because my stomach has been so upset. At least I've got that going for me, but even if it doesn't sound the best I just can't seem to keep myself out of the sweets at home.
I'm going to weigh myself on Wednesday, and I'm afraid. I know my number will be more than I want, but with a lack of will power and exercise it's my own fault. Maybe that will be the motivation I need to get back in gear!

It's certainly a tough time of year for all us, so hang in there & take it one day, meal or moment at a time! You'll get back on track in no time. And, keep journaling & logging your food -- both help me tremendously!
