Thanks to those who replied back in October....been a busy month with hunting seasons and such but began recording and trying to figure out what it all means! Feel free to share any insights you may have with my info. I did the two week induction of Atkins and lost 3 pounds while I lost 10 pounds "practicing" and learning low-carb eating. I have basically stayed at that weight following induction altho I have maintained 20 carbs and they have been good carbs! This week I finally saw another pound slip off and two days with two miles each on the treadmill. The inches, tho unmeasured are showing something is changing and that's wonderful!! Hurray for all of us improving our health and weight!!!!!
