Day 59 of 65

I am tired of being sick.. although I am back to work today I still do not feel 100%.. nor am I in a very pleasant mood.

I am kinda scared too about this whole goal thing and wether not achieving it will make me feel like a failure again. :'(

However I still of gratitude for:
family
my job
my fs buddies
people who support me and accept me just the way I am..

Enjoy your day everyone.

Go easy on yourself, Pam. I see that you are only one pound away from your goal. Maybe your body doesn't want to lose that extra pound- maybe not until later or maybe it just likes 124 better. Sometimes our bodies have different ideas than our brains and not always in a bad way. You've already kicked this weight loss thing's butt and I bet you look amazing, too! So whether or not you lose that last pound, you are still a success in my book!

At times, we are our own worst enemies. You might have mention it in another journal, but what is the significance of 9 days? I would love to say "Yes! you can do this. Be drastic, unless you puke, faint or die, keep going". Deep down, the pressure I hear you putting on your self doesn't seem like a good (healthy) idea to me (my own opinion lovingly offered :) Especially since you are not feeling 100%. Focusing on gaining your strength back could be a good start to reaching your goals. I don't want to be a party pooper but I don't want to see you set your self up for failure. All you can do is your best. Hang in there friend!

I will be honest I don't set timed goals - I just say I want to be at that point in the future and celebrate when I get there. Remember every step towards your goal is an achievement :)

Hope you are feeling better soon! You do look amazing and now all you need is to feel the joy of your accomplishments this far!

Don't worry about the goal 100% A few tweak days won't hurt anything, take a small break until you feel better. Feel better soon and then worry about that goal. HUGS!!

I don't think I've ever made a goal 100% that I've set for myself. I know its because I set my goals way to high, and I just do my best to get there. If it doesn't happen, then it doesn't happen, but I was always still at a better place than if I had never set a goal at all. Do your best, and that will always be great.

Many people have a "goal range" they work towards - you are in your "range" already! It is just a silly number - not a measure of your self worth, serenity, or goodness!
