Finally got a bike ride in today (40 miles). It's been over a week since I've ridden outside, I'm finally feeling good after over a week of upper respiratory crud but still have a cough. Cycling boot camp is over so I need to push myself now, I have no one else to crack the whip for me!

Glad to hear you are better - getting 40 miles in despite a cough is most excellent. I rode 15 miles yesterday in the wind. Getting ready to go this morning. I am determined to ride every day no matter what. Good for training and good for maintaining weight. How is Noah?
