I started to move again. Yesterday did a 30 minute walk with the dogs and also today. Dogs are happy!!!! And so am I. I'm okay with the diet, but beeing at home makes me want to eat all the time! I'm cheating with yogurt and clementines...

Keep on moving and be sure your cheats are "allowable" and you'll do fine! :)

Look at you. You are doing so well. Wow!!! Just looking at how much you have last in the last couple of months. I have been really lazy with journaling my feelings and I think it has set me back. I am revisiting my goals and need to be faithful with the mental part of my weightloss journey. Thanks for being an inspiration. I like to cheat with peanutbutter, ugh not good. Yogurt and clementines is not too bad. Keep up the good work!

mmmm the best healthy foods to cheat with, as long as it's low fat yogurt with out sugar.
