day 229..almost like summer outside this morning...lol...32 with a wind chill of 26...like i said..nice..lol..weather man is callin for flurries, hope it waits till after i get done walking..my sinuses are alot better today..i been usings nose spray and thats helped alot..i have been gettin like an extra hour of sleep at night..just cant seem to stay awake..about 7 or 730, my eyes decide they cant stay open any longer and im down for the count..i think its the cold walks in the morning that are wearing me out, but not really sure...well need to get up and start puttin more clothes on so i can go for my morning walk..then to the gym to do my weight routine..gonna be really cold this weekend so gonna weigh in on friday so i dont have to get out on the weekend unless i have to..SO BLUE TEAM YOU ONLY GOT 4 DAYS TO KEEP THE LEAD, TIME TO WORK IT HARD !!!! have a great workout and a great day everyone...

ADDON: was mistin when i went walkin, but didnt feel like all that much so went walking, by the time i got half way it was flurries, and by the time i got bck home from my walk, was gettin bigger flakes, but was still a nice walk..came home changed tshirts, and went to gym for my morning workout..its quit flurring for the moment and seems to be gettin colder..AND LORIK IM GLAD YOU GOT OUR SNOW..LOL

Hey Mikey, I notice you keep mentioned how tired you are...could it be that the lack of carbs is affecting you? that's how it makes all of us feel when it's been eliminated from our diet!!

the sugar free hawaiian punch i buy comes in a box from walmart, there are like 10 sleeves in a box..i use one sleeve per 8oz of water..
