Loss 4 lb. Thrilled. I am very happy and surprised at this weeks high weight loss. I was worried that coming off the lipotrim that I would regain the water loss, but I stuck to the re-eating program, not using their expensive products.

I still have so much energy, but I did fall asleep twice this week about 6pm til 8pm. They were after being stressed about exams, and once exam over I just slept. The body knows how to heal and take care of itself.

I minded my sons Teacup Terrier, Tiny, last night, from the minute he arrived he started vomiting and even passed blood. I was as frightened as if it was a child. He did not seem to be in pain and after passing one especially liquid (sorry to the squeamish)stool, about 5am this morning, he was fine. He actually slept from 1 am to just before he had to relieve himself. I just sat up all night to make sure he was ok. He had his bark at my own 2 big dogs at 8 am and when out front relieving himself also had his "this is my space" bark at my neighbour's dogs, LOl, So he is fine. It is me who is still shaky.

Well today my treat day. YEAH YEAH. Going to a Spanish type tapas bar for my cheese and wine. So looking forward. Bringing a doggie bag to bring home cheese as I wont finish it. Portions are high.

Congrats on the 4 lb loss! Your new program is obviously working for you. Sorry to hear about your son's dog feeling ill. It could have just been from the stress of being away from home but dogs are also notorious for eating things they shouldn't. But glad to hear he is fine now. Enjoy your treat day. Sounds like fun! Great idea to bring your own doggy bag for the cheese. Keep track of how the dairy makes you feel afterward since you said you've been avoiding it, too.

Congrats on that great loss, Carmel! That is awesome! Glad that the puppy is doing better. Mom has a Silky Terrior, and he is adorable. Have fun at the wine and cheese bar!

Glad to hear you lost 4 lbs, that's awesome! I, too, hope the dog's feeling better, but if not completely better by Monday, I would take him to the vet. It could be stress, but could also be something more serious! Hope you enjoyed your wine and cheese!

Thanks for all comments. Tiny often stays with me and when they call over and he's not staying they have to drag him out, LOL. I do think it was something he nibbled on when my younger son walked him to my house that night. THE CHEESE NIGHT, what a joke. to long to explain here will explain in journal
