Ok gross, its the end of day 1. I have had my three main meals today and to be frank I feel like im going to puke. Hopefully it will be better in a couple of days

It will get better, just keep strong. Its hard getting used to eating mostly protein. But you can do it and you will get thin and feel great!! So keep to it Chicky! The first day is over woohoo!!

You may feel pretty lousy for a few days if you have any sugar or white carb addictions. You WILL feel better. If you think that the increased protein is making you nauseous try increasing your veggie intake and reducing your protein. You may go over the 20 carbs for induction but that's okay. After a couple of days gradually shift your protein and veggie intake until you get to the levels recommended for Induction. There is no reason to go around feeling like you are going to puke if you can avoid it, and it may help you better stick with the plan. You CAN do this!!
