My name is Kristy, I am a 28 yr old married, mother of 2 wonderful children. A little girl named Olive who just turned 2 and my lil man Tate who just turned 6.

We struggle through life just like everyone else, I unfortunately turn to food for comfort. So far it has done nothing but make me huge and unhappy. So here I sit as fat as I have ever been, unable to run with my kids without gasping for air and becoming winded, unable to even try on a bathing suit without tears streaming down my face, lacking self confidence, feeling unattractive and most importantly being unhealthy. Sometimes I just want to give up and say forget it, who cares, I am always going to be fat.. But at this point I have had enough.

Food can no longer control me, I have too much to live for and let's just be honest. "Life Tastes Better."

I totally understand where you are coming from. It has literally taken me months of saying I was going to get back on my diet for it to finally happen. You just have to commit 100%. That's what it takes. Wake up in the morning, look in the mirror and just say enough! This is not how I want to live, unhappy, unhealthy and uncomfortable. I know easier said than done lol. But good luck and you WILL get there!!

I really prefer it over regular pop. Since my lifestyle change, I cannot stomach regular pop.. so sickly sweet.

The only real downside to caffeine is that it can cause cravings. That is only for pple w. sensitivities to it. Caffeine doesn't bother me in the least and doesn't effect actual weight loss. Where as there is so much controversy over aspartame, I stay away from it.
