Soo... I finally decided to act on my desire to change things up so I did an activity that I was a little apprehensive about. STAIRS. Enough said. I walked to the local HS, spent a half hour trying to get in. After I got in, the doors locked me in so i could not get out!! Long story short, I was able to do it and I did it better than I thought I could! My big goal was 50 stairs but I did 75!!! I was amazed at how my fitness level is changing! I was enjoying myself so much that I wanted to go to 100!!
