I just realized that I am changing physically and mentally. For example, when I first started I said if I go shopping in the daytime to find a parking as far as I could and walk up. It used to be hard and I wanted to still park close. But now I have noticed that I am not breathing heavy anymore nor really noticing how far away my parking space really is. This is good and I am getting exercise without really trying!
