Starting this morning of with a nice big glass of ice water. Haven't had breakfast yet Probably just going to have a yogurt or something. Usually by now I would already be drinking my first soda. I'm really fighting that urge...

Thank you :) I am trying to make sure I do it...I seem to eat better that way because I don't like having the visual reminder of bad choices.

I still haven't had one yet today but I may have to add a flavor thing to my water because the blandness is starting to get to me and make me want to stop drinking it...

I have tried that and it is gross to me, also I can't have any chunks of anything in my water except ice because it has to be EXTREMELY cold. Luckily we moved into a house that has an ice and water dispenser with the fridge so I have fresh ice all the time!

:) I have to keep my filled or I put it aside and forget about it. Makes me pee like crazy but I guess that's better than being dehydrated and unhealthy lol

drink cold sugarfree teas. like rosehip tea its good for weightloss and a natural diuretic. and has a taste without the calories
