I so need to update all my stuff on here.

I am on my second day of weight watchers, it's good im a little hungry but it's pretty easy to stick with. I don't really feel like im on a diet. i am not weighing everyday, especially on WW because loss on this diet is pretty slow (apparently) but I have all year, im not fazed. My current weight is wrong, I weight more whoops will fix that. Been feeling pretty down that I keep letting myself get to this =( I'll be right.

I think you will like weight watchers. I tried atkins last year and lost weight quickly, but gained it back super fast whenever i cheated or stopped. i would also get headaches. <P> weight watchers lets you choose foods you like and doesnt limit you as much as other diets. it just makes you think about portions and calories. in a way, its like atkins cause it wants you to cut back on bad carbs, like processed foods, and wants you to focus on good net carbs and fiber. good luck!
