I don't know what's going on. This is the longest plateau anyone has ever been on! I'm behaving, but the weight is not leaving!

I know people who have stayed the same weight for 6 weeks or more. You are probably in a healthy weight range for your height and very close to goal, so the losing is going to be slower. You can try tightening up your diet (maybe track calories). Up your exercise. The closer you get to goal, the more exercise can help. If you don't exercise and can, start. If you do, change it up. Up you intensity or duration. Switch up what you are doing. Drink that water.

First, which Atkins are you using and what stage? It seems you are using a lot of Atkins products and high in carbs. Dr. A stated many times that a person's carb level will change throughout weight loss and life. You may need to lower your carb intake and/or stop using atkins products. My suggestion would be as Dr. A says whenever you stop losing weight, go back to induction for a week to reset your losses.

Thank you Mjgh06 and Suzi161-----I do have only about 9 more pounds to get to goal and I've been 9 - 12 pounds to go for about 6 weeks. I do not really exercise, but I do eat only about 30 carbs a day. I think I need to go back to 20 carbs and not be afraid of the fat, which is important. I still have the low fat mentality ingrained from years of dieting and it's hard to shake it off and know that some fat is important. Thank you, again.
