Finally updated my weight. TOM and poor eating choices led to a big gain, but I've been making better eating choices this week and being a bit more active and it is paying off as the number is starting to come back down. I'm hoping in the next week to be under 150 and stay there!
Still standing and working, not all day as I overdid it the first day and my feet and legs were killing me, so I am baby stepping into it. It feels really natural!

Sounds like something I should look into at work. I sit chained to my desk all day. That's why I get out a lunch time for the run to break the day up. Try try try = weight loss! Good luck!

I know I was spending the whole day sitting here and I wanted to see if there was a way to stand more. A box on top of my desk doesn't look pretty and it would be more useful if my whole desk was raised, but I'll work with what I have for now. It took me a long time and I've tried several things to find something that is functional. Thx!

The TOM is always bad for gains, but hopefully after this week of making better choices you'll see a good loss. I've been trying to stand more at work too, whenever I have anything to sort or anything I can stand for I will, but I have to type sitting, I'm just too used to it. Good luck!!

I feel your pain. I remember how it felt when I just couldn't get under 150. Then after a lot of suffering and depriving myself it happened, then trying like crazy to get under 140 and feeling SO stuck. Then after more suffering and work it happened. Hang in there. If you can be consistent, you can do it!!
