May have overdid the standing at work a bit as my legs and back were super sore last night. I need to find a nice cushion pad to stand on, I'll have to look around this week for one.

Preschool open house was last night, it went well, she was a little worried about going, but really liked her classroom. They had a scavenger hunt for the kids to find things around the room to familiarize them with it. I thought that was a good idea. Was there longer than I anticipated so no one wanted to wait any longer for supper so we got pizza from Pizza Hut, my choices already weren't great yesterday so that just totally blew it. I am going to make a conscious effort to stay around 1300 calories for the rest of the week and get some exercise in. I haven't been as consistent with that either.

Busy week with school getting started....where did the summer go?

LOL...I have no idea where the summer went! Even though we're still in summer, the changes of fall are starting to creep in already; and I have so much to get done before it's over!!

I know! It always feels like summer is over when the kids go back to school, but I do have a couple trees that are losing their leaves!! It's not time for that yet!

Don't beat yourself up for one day. So what, you had pizza (hope it was really good pizza!). But today you'll be watchful of what you eat and get back on track again. Gotta indulge once in a while! Yes, I agree with you, summer is moving way too quickly. There a many signs of fall creeping in. Must enjoy while we can!
