WEIGH IN DAY TODAY I was never so nervous about a weigh in as I am today, and I know its because except for Lipotrim, I never cheated once and I recorded everything honestly, so if weight loss low I know I'll be very DISAPPOINTED but this time I will not be DISCOURAGED.
All Grads/Debs Gone. Until last night I never realised girls could be so noisy. About 15/20 people came back at 3am, they were great and so beautiful looking, I personally think that a Woman in a long flowing dress and diamonds and the men in Evening suits is one of the nicest things to look at. It was like a scene from a Emily Bronté novel, Pride and Predijuce. They are all gone for breakfast in Megans house, and then as the weather is still so beautiful going on a bus site seeing tour of Cork and Then Blarney,
I never got to college, Kory had quite a bad asthma attack on way to school, part caused by excitment of last night and he can get very stressed bout school, but strange thing is, He was happy enough about going this morning because I have to go now as well, He's fast asleep now, its like sitting next to a steam engine, a bit like losinisfun's little engine, Ha HA, Girls txed me about college, it was only for half hr and not starting proper till Monday.
Later when Kory wakes going to go town, weigh mysef, he should and always is ok after a good sleep and his stomach muscles relax,

Lets think positive here. No matter what the outcome of today's weigh in...you know you have eaten well, and feel great about doing it. Think of it this way....even if you lose 1 pound a week (which is the healthiest way to lose), thats 52 pounds a year! Did you get photos of the girls/boys night out??
