Ahh, it's so nice to be at home updating my journal, instead of the public library where there's a wait of 25 minutes or more to use a computer. Yay for the cable guy!
Well, today, I totally kicked it up. I did a 10 minute intense ab/aerobic workout and THEN went on a 40 minute interval walk. It's been a while since doing the interval "training" walk, that it almost completely knocked the wind out of me. I think it also had to do a bit with the cooooool air coming in.
And for a morning warmup meal, I had to have something to eat before attempting to work out with a low blood sugar.. totally helped myself to a 1 oz. of Owen's blackberry nonfat yogurt and a bite of his eggo (I couldn't help myself, but at least it didn't have the syrup on it.)
Well, he's waking up now from his morning nap. Time to start lunch!
Thanks, friends for the support. I will be keeping to the Phase 1 as closely as I can for the next week. You guys are great with your support, and if it wasn't for you guys every week, I don't know where I'd be.
