GOOOOOOOOD SATURDAY MORNING...day 460...yes wakin up way to early this morning...but i feel refreshed, so guess i got enough sleep for now...going to my friends house today..to work with him ...and to pick up some exercise equipment...hes one of them guys thats always trading stuff an gettin better deals ...i asked him about a stationary bike and a weight bench with weights last nite...he told me his wife had a cardio glide..so gonna look at it today an try it ...if i like it..then i just have to see how committed his wife is to using it..lol..hes got a total gym also, but i couldnt talk him into partin with it last night...right now id settle for the weight bench an weights...and the stationary bike if theres room for it..i do want to put somethin in the shop to work out with this winter...that way i could save money from the gym and once my feet get better ..i can get bck to walking again...im gonna do a workout of some kind before i head out to his house...and get a protein shake in me...get all reved up, since he will be havin his coffee and caffeene....lol...im feelin in a better state of mind today...i was lettin my feet get me down, but im past that...and gettin the equipment to put in the shop will keep me workin out until i can beat the pavement again...been doing crunches for the last 3 mornings..started out doing 400 first day, but gonna use the site millalite...gave me an redefine the way i do crunches...naturally i cant find the site on better ab crunches...when i do i will post it...well need to get up an eat breakfast and then do a warmup workout so im ready to rock an roll when i head out to my friends home....lol...so i can give him heck about not drinkin enough coffee to get him going....lol....catch you all later...have a great day!!!!

addon...did my morning ab crunches, 20 min....then did on the floor bench presses...another 30 min...just got done doing a 20 min of dumbbell curls and all ready to head out to friends in an hour to kick some butt...lol..so hope hes got all kinds of coffee in him...lol...

Sounds like a wonderful plan for the day! I just saw your post for yesterday and didn't even need to read the whole thing. I know sweet potatoes are sooo healthy and I love them. Usually bake them wrapped in foil and serve with a little promise fat free and sprinkle of brown sugar. Yummy! You should check out the nutrition on kiwi fruit. It is amazing how much good stuff is in them too. I am scheduled to walk this morning and it is a beautiful morning so far. We are getting cooler, drier mornings, about 70, so it is very pleasant. Still getting into the 90's later but the dry air is a nice treat.

Glad to hear you are in a better frame of mind today! I am just checking in on a few buddies this AM - eating my yogurt, berries and granola so I have enough energy to do my hour of cardio step class and then an additional 25 mins. of core training - probably lots of crunches too......so you are in good company - but I am no where near 400! Well....I guess I have never counted but man that sounds like a lot! Have a great day Mike -- you are doing awesome. Oh.......and YEP I noticed you posted a new low weight yesterday!

Why sneak the weight in. Scream it loud. You are doing so well. I understand the mini goal. But seeing how much you have lost total is very inspiring. Have a great day.

Look out for Mighty Mike! Nothing holds him back! He is master of his scale! Thanks for posting about sweet potatoes yesterday. I love them! I just tried spaghetti squash for the first time and it was YUM YUM YUMMY!
