I,m out a day wit my food journal, I went out yesterday, met my pals had a lovely evening. At 8 pm I went to sons house and had dinner, and it was 1am before I got home. so my food journal all mixed up. So all I'm going to to is enter my food of today and just half it for mysel. Start again tomorrow.

Only for the beer yester, that was all that I had that was considered bad but I drank it from 4 til 7.45 so thats not bad, also had 2 pints of water between.

I always struggle a bit when I don't get my food entered daily and correctly.

Yes I'm the same as you. I'm getting good now at preparing food for 2 meals. ie Last night I made wraps with Quarn and veg it was lovely and looking forward to having it again today. Recording really helps me as well.

I keep a notebook in my purse and at home to enter my food for the day. I try to keep up with it on here to as best I can. I am so bad about walking in to work and before I can get to the fridge to put my lunch in someone calls on me and I put it down and forget about, or leaving my lunch on the counter at home. So I keep the notebook in my purse so I can write what I had instead of what I had planned on having.
