It seems like the weight loss has slowed a bit but the inches are melting off and my clothes fit better :)

Diet Calendar Entry for 13 May 2013:
1335 kcal Fat: 88.17g | Prot: 92.02g | Carb: 52.53g.   Breakfast: Kroger 100% Natural Green Tea, Trader Joe's Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, Larabar Banana Bread. Lunch: Turkey Breast Meat, Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat), Chicken Meat (Roasting, Roasted, Cooked). Dinner: Sweet Onions, Mushrooms, Bell Peppers, Beef Chuck (Blade Roast, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat). Snacks/Other: Coconut Milk Unsweetened, Almond Breeze Unsweetened Coconut Milk, Celery, Raw Unsalted Creamy Almond Butter. more...

Me too. I have lost 9 lbs so far (doc said still too fast ???) But I am noticing that the jeans are a little looser
