OK! back on track, accountability works for me, logging and journalling work too.
Just recovering from a severe cold so haven't been able to pay attention to my eating and of course, NO exercise for a week either.
Pretty motivated to completing the next leg of the health & wellness journey with all of our FS friends.

carbs over 30 g still a challenge but the weather in Victoria Canada is really unseasonably cold for here. I know! It's CANADA! but we are in a sub-tropical zone at the tip of Vancouver Island in the Pacific Ocean in the Japan current.
We had snow this morning!! Weird for us, usual for the rest of the country. The point is, I really love my carbs when I'm cold!!! Salad just does not seem sufficient.

Weight stable. Changing up number of calories, not sticking to a rigid routine, a bit higher carb today (temperature very cold on the West Coast today!) and very close to 20g fibre. That fibre is great for cleaning the interior landscape. Super easy, just add All Bran to yogurt. My gut loves it! And I feel full. Nice!
