Eating light today, starting a Liver Cleanse this evening followed by a juice fast tomorrow.
This is to lower cholesterol buildup and heal my fatty liver.
1 Cup of coffee/day, switch to Green Tea for two days and NO WINE for a few days! Ouch! I like my glass of wine in the evening.
I am preparing for blood tests that will inform my doctor if I need medication for high cholesterol. I don't want to have to increase my meds and really want to get off all medication, including high blood pressure.
I am 72 years old and my doctor told me I am stuck with taken meds the rest of my life! I do not accept that as 100% true.
I am researching foods that reduce cholesterol, reduce high blood pressure and reduce inflammation.

Hippocrates said "Let food by your medicine". It just does not include cake, cookies and ice cream (or wine).
So, I am cleaning up my interior landscape this next few days and will report how it goes. I will keep working at altering my eating to whole clean foods and skip the processed stuff for now.
