0.00 caffeine X 10 days; back to drinking red wine after 8 Days of abstinence. Back on the wagon tomorrow!
I checked my last two bank statements for alcohol purchases, food purchases and fast-food purchases. Quite an
eye-opener!!. my plan for July is 0.0 fast-food, 0.0 alcohol and only purchases of nutritious food.Let's see how that impacts the overall budget. More updates later!

took my 11 year old nephew out for his birthday 'excursion'. We walked for 3 hours all over Chinatown and found a cool Puzzle store and bought his birthday gift there. Then we had Mexican food while I told him the history of the old days in our city, Victoria. I ate a quesadilla and had a decaf Americano. That was all. No cake or over-indulgence. We had a great day, I got my exercise and controlled my eating while have fun with my little genius nephew. FUN!

Slowly introducing solid food since Cleansing fast. Needed to make electrolytes too, feeling weak from withdrawal from the coffee, sugar and alcohol. This is only day 4. Getting lots of rest and tons of water.

returning to 'normal' eating after two day liver cleanse but staying caffeine free and alcohol free for the rest of the month. I'm just experimenting with cutting out some things, adding in others, like fermented food, and seeing where that goes. just trying to keep from being bored...
