Changed my goal weight to 148lb. I notice many of you do this. It is the ‘next step’ intermittent goal and seems more achievable. I will reset my goal once I get there. Thanks to everyone for your support and inspiration.

Decided to go back to keto plan, plan my meals ahead to stay under 30g carb, watching my macros, intermittent fasting 16 hours and 8 hour window for meals and determined to walk every day (thank you Debbie for inspiring me to add a walk per day) I’m under 170 again, now to just keep going in my chosen direction.

Still fighting a cold, drinking wine and not careful about my eating. I’m going to blame my weight uptick on the sugar in my cough syrup though 😂
