Gotta kick it in gear with more exercise this week!

I managed to finish the day at 22 points even though I am allowed to have 30 and most days it's hard to stop there. If I could do it today, why not other days??? Granted, I'm less active on the weekends than on the weekdays so that probably accounts for some of it...in any event, my point to myself is that if I can feel totally satisfied on 22 points today, I could do this most any day...or even 24 or 26 points. I need to remember today as this week progresses and try to see if I can end my day without pushing the calories/points to their absolute limit.

So I definitely ate a lot today but it's within my extra 35 flex points and I will even have a calorie deficit for the day and I've had one every day. Nevertheless, I'm sure the scale will still be the same (or worse) tomorrow than it's been for over a week...
I know I'm not doing EVERYTHING I can but I'm within my guidelines and normally I lose that way. I'm convinced it's the new birth control pills. I know "they" say bc pills don't make people gain weight but life was fine before I restarted on these.
We'll have to see how things progress next week when I add in exercise.

I haven't written anything in my journal lately so I thought tonight should be the night...weighing myself daily (as I know many do) and although I know it's the one week mark that is important, I am a tad bummed that it looks like there's not much progress. Luckily, I'm not totally discouraged...I know what I have to do to see a change: EXERCISE. It was making a big difference. I have to get back to that. I joined a more realistic exercise challenge that starts soon so maybe that will motivate me a bit.
I really want a Wii...and wii fit...but not in the budget right now. I know walking is free but not quite as much fun.

When will I learn that eating unhealthy food actually makes me feel sick and makes me really moody??? WHEN?
