Turmeric Ginger Chicken Saute
A nice Mediterranean chicken dish.
Ingredients
Directions
- Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add bell peppers and sauté 1 minute.
- Add onion and sauté 1 minute.
- Reduce heat to medium; stir in cabbage, ginger, and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add chicken and remaining ingredients except for spinach. Cook 5 minutes stirring frequently.
- Stir in drained spinach and reduce heat to low. Cook 10 minutes or until chicken is done.
- Note: based on recipe from Cooking Light magazine.
