Directions
- Cut the cabbage in half and remove the stem. Slice cabbage very thinly.
- Put cabbage into a large pot with the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, raisins and water Stir to coat cabbage.
- Cover the pot and cook over medium heat until tender, about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
