After having a baby I decided that it is time to change my eating habits. I want to teach my daughter healthy habits so that she does not struggle with her weight like I have. I have already lost 30 pounds before coming to this site, but I need to push to lose the remaining 20 pounds. I plan to do this slowly by making permanent lifestyle changes. No more fad diets for me!
