Steam Chicken with Apple Salad

Apples make a lovely change from potatoes or rice.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Steam the chicken breast.
  2. Approximately 10 minutes before serving the chicken, add the apples to the steam.
  3. Serve with all mixed salad vegetables, optionally with a no fat dressing.
  4. Note: the apples are a lovely alternative to potatoes, pasta or rice and are very filing whilst light.
