Pea Salad

If you're running out of side dishes, this satisfying salad is worth a try.

Directions

  1. Take peas out of boiling water and put in a bowl.
  2. Chop boiled eggs (rather small) and add to bowl.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to bowl and mix together well.
  4. Put in refrigerator for at least an hour, to allow flavors to marinate.
