Delicious steak with a pepper and rosemary sauce.
Ingredients
Directions
- Combine pepper and rosemary in large bowl. Coat both sides of steak (4-6 ounces each).
- Heat butter and oil in skillet until hot. Add steaks and cook over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes or until center is 160 °F (70 °C)
- Remove steaks and cover to keep warm.
- Add wine to skillet and bring to boil over high heat, scraping particles from bottom of skillet.
- Boil for about 1 minute or until liquid is reduced by half. Spoon sauce over steaks.
