Directions
- Combine ground beef, egg, crushed crackers, onion, your choice of seasoning and mix together.
- Make eight round balls and flatten to about 1" thick.
- Roll in flour, and fry in canola oil.
- Note: If you don't use all the flour, you could use it to make the milk gravy recipe.

It tasted like meat loaf- and I've never cared for meat loaf. I put a slice of fat free cheese on top which made it better... My 2 yr old ate it, but I gave this dish a B-
