Hello! I`m 18 and I`m looking for some motivated people (youth)
Hey urtelia! You are so lucky your target is definitely achievable, and plus you do sports, so you can pull off a reasonable diet and still lose lots of weight. I had 2 months to lose about 20kgs for my wedding, and I still have about 3kgs left to lose. What is your diet strategy and do you have a deadline? Or are you just going to go with the flow?

Constant Incline Walking/Running is BAD for you!
I have a manual treadmill and its set to incline. I do half an hour on it...I have no idea how to make it flat Neutral half an hour tires me out so much, I'm not even walking on it very fast and I'm sweating like a pig just 10mins into it:/

Eat, Fast, Live Longer!
I am a muslim, and I was very surpirsed to see this diet plan- because we are recommended to fast every Monday and Thursday! Very Happy 2x a week = mimics your diet plan Smile
