I refuse to enter my last weigh in because it has me at 176, however I believe this is a gain in muscle and not fat because I lost a .5 inch off my waist. Also I am so excited because I am rapidly moving towards my goal of fitting into a size 10 by April 30th.
A couple of weekends ago, I was out shopping and trying on clothes and decided to pick up a pair of slacks in a size 10 (just to see). I couldn't believe my eyes when they actually fit. I'll admit they were a little snug around the hips but they did fit. I was beside myself! There happened to be two other pair of size 10 slacks in the dressing room as well so I decided to try those to see if they would fit as well. Sure enough they both fit, one pair was a little tighter than the other two, but WOW! I haven't been a size 10 since Freshman year in college. I am so excited! I will certainly be in a size 10 comfortably by April 30th.
I've also further restricted my diet and I'm following Dr. Fuhrman's Eat for Health plan which means I've restricted my sodium intake, increased my raw fruits and veggies and reduced my sugar and oil intake (OMG, I also forgot that I'm off the Joe, no more coffee). This is only the 3rd day and so far so good!

See this is what I was afraid of, waiting 2 weeks to weigh in only to have loss less than a pound. At first I was a little upset about it but hey, I know that I'm doing the right things, eating foods that are high in nutrients, working out, drinking water so eventually it will show up on the scale. Besides that, I feel great. I am much more in tune with my body. I can certainly tell when I'm not eating the right foods, or need more water.
My goal is to be in a size 10 in the next 8 weeks. So that would be by the 3rd week of April, so I will round it up and say by April 30th. Normally I don't set hard goals like that because its too disappointing if I don't make it but I'm going to go for it.
