OK. Finally, I have started to drop some weight. I know that I shouldn't be so focused on the numbers, but realistically how else am I to measure my success. I've made a lot of changes in the way I eat. I haven't had a soda in at least four weeks. YEAH!!! I've started eating more raw veggies, spinach is my favorite. I'm not a big fan of salads so I have to be creative. I am also trying to eliminate as much high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated oils from my diet as possible. It's shocking how many items have these products like bread and canned tomatoes, the later was truly a shocker to me.
I'm thinking of doing the master cleanse, but that kinda makes me nervous. I've also thought about the Daniel fast and Ali. However, I know that I need to just slow down and be cautious. My goal it to be healthy above all else, change my eating habits for life and prevent disease and illness.

I went walking last night, and it was great. I didn't realize that my neighborhood was so hilly. My legs are a little sore this morning, which is a great feeling that I haven't felt in a while. I have also started doing the You on a Diet workout routines which fit perfectly into my schedule, it's short and works the core as well as other body parts. I did it on Monday and I can feel it in my abs and obliques and arms. I have to stick with this.
Also I need to find my tape measure so that I can take my measurements. I'm more concerned about my waist hip ratio than the weight (although I am watching that too).

Ok. I know that I said that I would begin weighing in every two weeks, but I just starting taking this supplement, Orovo and I wanted to see exactly where my weight was when I started so that I can see if it has speed the process up any. Although I will say that I've been doing really well with my eating lately and I've even added a little exercise. I plan to get in at least 30 minutes of walking everyday. I prefer to do it outside, but if I have to I will do it on the treadmill.

Ok, so my scale played a cruel joke on me. I got on the scale yesterday and I was down 4lbs. Then this morning I'm back up 3lb. UGGHHH! From now on I'm putting this thing in the closet and I will only weigh in every two week. That is if I can make it.
