Ok, so last week I didn't do too well. I ate all kinds of junk, which is why I didn't record the items in my food journal. Also I drink at least two sodas last week (which is a big no-no on my list), and I had some alcohol on Saturday night. Add that all up with a late night run to Taco Bell and it was bad!!! Each week my goal is to work out at five days a week, and I only did three. The good thing is that this is a new week and I've sat down and came up with my meal plan for the week and I'm going to do great.

Today's my first day completely off of my fast so I decided to take it easy. Next time I would like to fast longer than three days, but I must admit it's very difficult to fast while working and taking care of my family. My energy just wasn't there and neither was my mood.
All in all I think my fast went well. Next time I do need to pray more. Hopefully I won't gain back too much of the weight I lost while fasting. In three days I lost 13lbs and 1.5" off my waist. I wasn't expecting that drastic of a drop, but WOW!
