Hello everyone,
I am back and ready to lose this weight for good. I do really well and then gain it all back. I understand completely that it is not a diet, it is a way a life... a new one for me.

I am 39 years old. I am married and have two step daughters, one step son, and two granddaughters and two grandsons. I also have a 20 yr old son. My family is my life! I am a special education teacher. :)

Tuesday: 20 min. cardio
Wednesday: 30 min. cardio
Thursday: 30 min. cardio/ 2 hour mushball game We won 14-10 yeahVery Happy
Friday: 30 minutes cardio.

To Infinity and Beyond Challenge
Exercise for the week:

Sat: walk 30 minutes and yard work 1 hour
Sunday: 30 minutes cardio
Monday: 40 minute walk
Tuesday: 30 minute walk and played on the playground with my students,(30 min.) has been a while since I have played tag on the equiptment. ( I think the slide shrunk!)
Wednesday: field trip! walked and walked some more, 2 hours.
Thursday: 20 min. walk
Friday: not enough to even mention, sorry!

Black Hole: It is hard to choose one thing- I guess lately I would have to say chocolate and french fries, and things that are out of my control!

To Infinity and Beyond Challenge
TGIF made it through the week!

Exercise for the week
Sat:20 min walk
Sun: 30 min walk
Mon: 0 I was a couch potato sorry!
Tues: 1 hour yard work (stacking wood)
Wed: 2 hour mushball game, lost again, but sure was fun!
Thurs: 30 min walk
Friday: 30 min cardio, 20 min weights, 20 min walk.

mini challenge:
My mission is to get back on track, lose 10- 15 lbs.
Goals:
exercise everyday - walk more
drink more water
try to manage stress more successfully
