"To Infinity and Beyond"
a six week challenge to motivate and encrouage us all to stick at it.
Team based for making new friends, getting lots of encouragement , advice and support

As summer approaches and the thoughts of sleeveless dresses, the dreaded swimsuit appear on the horizon, this is a little kick start to get us focused and feeling happier about that shining sun (reminder to the Sun, Britain would like a summer this year please). If you want to lose pounds/ tone up/ generally get fitter then this is the place to be – so sign up.

Join us for a trip to the stars where you and your team mates are challenged to travel to the furthest reaches of our solar system to set up fat secret outposts in new colonies of weight loss. Travelling in the most hi-tech space craft available every pound you lose and every excercise minute you do fuels and provides thrust to the space craft and increases the distance your team travels each week.

Sign up starts today Monday 12th May and names will be taken until 5pm Eastern Seaboard Time (EST) on Thursday 22nd May. The team assignments will be made by Friday 23rd May 5pm EST . Space crafts depart on the 24th May and your first weigh in to your team leaders will be on that Saturday 24th May. Send by 3pm EST.

Teams will be made to match weight as closely as possible. Each week distances travelled and weight lost by the teams will be posted to the site. So we can see which intergalatic space travellers are flying through the stars with the greatest of ease.

Everyone is welcome and it doesn’t matter which eating plan you have chosen. In the end its about having a bit of fun, feeling focused and getting healthy.

To avoid debates over what is excercise –this is my thoguhts= for some of us its aerobics, football, hitting the gym, for others walking the dog, gardening and playing with the kids. I ask you to be honest to yourself – what raises your heart rate, what makes you think ‘wow i can feel those muscles have been worked’ and what are you going to do more of to contribute to your team effort?

80 pounds = the Worlds Largest Ball of Tape 90 pounds = a newborn calf Im in-between these. I have about 15-10 lbs left to lose which will make it just over 100 lbs. lost.
