I've made this recipe several times and it's fantastic. I sub chicken breasts instead of thighs.
One of the best things I've done in my weight loss journey so far is get a membership to Cools Illustrated. It's not cheap, but they have so many bullet proof recipes. It makes it much easierto eat healthy and not get stuck in a food rut.
