I am 21 with 17 years experience sounds so much better than 38! I have been dieting off and on for years and have finally found the healthy way to lose instead of all those crazy diets that are impossible to stay on. Hardest thing to realize is there is no "Magic Pill" the only way you lose is by eating right and the dreaded exercise word. I have lost 45 pounds since weaning myself off of prednisone(fat pill)a year ago. I am an avid horse lover. I took up riding Hunt Seat a year ago I figured why not combine my love for horses with a kick ass leg workout? So far so good!

deleting the exercise
Usually you can delete it by clicking back on the exercise and reducing the time by what ever you had put in originally. Example:Walking for 30 reduce by 30 and it should clear. I ran into the same problem hope this helps.

Getting to KNOW YOU, la la la laaa la laaa laaa
My name is Tara and I am from Florida. My nickname came from my dad because I was always really little. He would always throw me in the air and say I was a light as feather so the nickname tafeather somehow stuck. I find it rather funny now. Guess they finally got me to eatSmile

Not Eating
I see a lot of posts of people who skip meals and don't eat. I have been seeing a nutritionist/dietitian and she has proved her point more than once. You have to eat and don't eat less than 1400 calories a day. All you do is slow your metabolism when you skip meals or eat too little. I had already lost 40 pounds before I even found this site just listening to what she had to say. Don't skip meals or eat too little you need to keep the engine going!Very Happy
