deleting the exercise

ive tried so long to try to put the exercise in with the right time but i cant find out how to delete something... help ... thanks

Usually you can delete it by clicking back on the exercise and reducing the time by what ever you had put in originally. Example:Walking for 30 reduce by 30 and it should clear. I ran into the same problem hope this helps.

So frustrated!
8 pounds in a month is pretty great. That is 2 pounds per week. That is the far-end of the range of what you can leave and keep it off.

You should be able to add most of your foods by grams. If the only option is a teaspoon, there are 28 grams (dry) in a teaspoon.

tracking is a must if you want to lose! that was also part of my problem this week, i always track and this week i was a slacker! and it showed on the scale.
