yesterday I tried the atkins diet instead of weight watchers...made the scale move...gonna try a couple more days then will probably switch my diet over to atkins if I have better luck...we will see,,,anyways still drinking the water and exercising just need to find the right diet for me...adding more fiber just doesn't seem to be working for me...even with all the water and fiber it is just sitting in me and not moving thru (: even was eating the activa yogurt and still no go...well I will give atkins a try and go from there...

Not having any luck with the scale...swear I am not cheating at all...not even a taste of anything...I am always in motion...my body doesn't even get a chance to rest...Other than about an hour or 2 at the computer I barely even sit to eat...I have already done my walking for today will also do my crunches thru out the day. I think tomorrow I will only do my crunches and no extra exercise...Gonna spend the day fishing with my Dad maybe try to relax...pack my good food for a picnic...but over all I feel
GREAT...

I have many challenges going right now...but they all boil down to 1 thing...eat healthy, exercise, drink water...I have bought a new scale yesterday...weighed in today and I am down but not gonna record till tommorrow...I use the scale at work and gonna take mine in today and compare to make sure my new one is set the same...Have a GREAT day all planned out...up at 7:30 this morning and already did 30 min video...and plan to take a 30 min walk...will do my 300 crunches thru out the day...drink drink drink that water...

My weight has not dropped today.. Have not cheated once...Gonna try to do more protein and less carbs this week....have been drinking LOTS of water...and exercise everyday no less than 30 min...always on my feet rarely ever sit down except to the desk for computer time and paperwork at work...I haven't givin myself the extra points for the week or for exerciseing. Everyday just under 1200 cal. Maybe need to eat alittle more...

Saturday was another perfect day. I have eaten out Friday and Saturday and kept everything in my points...I can do this...I AM doing this...thanks to fatsecret.. I don't much care for facebook feel like everyone can just be nosy on there...but this is my fatsecret facebook and I LOVE it...means more to me keeping me on my toes than snooping into someone elses every minutes daily lives...
