I am 43 years young. Married for almost 21 years. Have an 18 year old son and 20 year old daughter. I struggle with my weight for a lifetime. Even in high school when I weighed 104 my brother made a big deal about how big I was. (I am 5 1 1/2 and have a bubble butt) my Mom would tell me she could tell when I lost weight because my butt got bigger. I was bones with a butt and starving myself and exercising all the time. But then graduated and started eating again and married my ex and all heck broke lose. I have been at my heaviest of 173 twice in my life. 1st when gave birth to my son and 2nd my youngest just started kindergarten and I decided time to go back to work. And the weight melted off down to about 135. I average between 145 to 137 over the past 12 years but now need to get serious to stay healthy as I am getting older. I have a problem with sweets. I can't stop with just one or sometimes 3 or 5.....when I buy a dozen donuts I probably get atleast 6-8 of them thru out the day myself. I know how to fix it (just buy 1)but then once I eat it I am craving sugar the rest of day. On my good days I try to wait till I go to bed to have my sugar treat or sugarfree fudge bar then don't need more before I go to bed. My husband tells me he loves me they way I look and doesn't want me to lose weight. Told him this is about me and how I feel about myself and my health.
