I did perfect on my first day back...now on to today...getting plenty of water in and only allowed myself 1 caffeine free diet dew as a treat last night...

I am gonna be a Gramma in May and I want to (no need to) be healthy to be around for a long long time...My Mom missed out of everything dieing at a young age of 39...I am 4 years passed her death age but want so much more out of life...I have to hold myself accountable for everything that goes in this mouth...and keep my body moving...Today is a new day...I have done my exercises and a good breakfast...Lord give me strength to get thru today...

I have fallen off the wagon (again) but I am back and will keep on plucking away.. I kept exercising but have had a few hurdles the last month which I have eaten more and the best fair around...
