10 pounds to lose
I buy the jimmy dean turkey sausage and put it in microwave when i get to work, then i buy the green giant frozen, brocolli, or veggies whatever and i micro those for lunch, the frozen veggies say its like two servings but I dont care I eat the whole thing. (i mean their veggies"Wink

I did find an awesome recipe on here that I made last night and even my kids liked it.. SUPER EASY healthy, cheap and low carb.

Thin sliced beef, I cut it into thin strips, I then threw it in a pan with a bunch of red onions and mushrooms. Meanwhile cut the bell peppers in half and baked them for like 20 min til soft took them out, stuffed them and topped with a little cheese. They were so good!

i am right there with you on the alcohol. I had a major wine problem..lol like everynight I could easily have 2 or 3 glasses (and mine are big), so On August first I said no wine for 30 days, well it's now like day 37 and i've lost 13 pounds LOL go figure. Don't get me wrong I'll have a cocktail or two but I've switched it up to captain morgan and diet dr. pepper and just a small one. As for my diet, I'm sticking to the low carb thing, but i cant do high fat so I don't exactly know what diet im on. My day is : 3 turkey sausages, brocoli steamed with butter, an atkins frozen dinner and if im snacky i have some wasabi nuts that are delicou! It was hard at first but now my stomach is shrinking and im not as hungry! I started off with 4 egg omelettes now I can only eat two!! Smile
