I have had a big change in my diet after being diagnosed with diverticulitis.
Over the last 6 months I have achieved my goal weight eating a low carb diet, which really worked for me, but I've been told 'more fibre' so I’m adding more vegetables
I am feeling more alert, happier, and I have more energy.
After reaching my goal, I can see I still need to lose more weight, the healthy weight range for my age and height is 58-73k, I am 69k atm, so I am setting another goal and that's to lose 5k eating more plant based food
