Starting another diet (sigh) after a VERY stressful school year has ended. Thank God!!!
My goal is to get to 199 by July 7th when I set out to take a cruise w/ my hubby. From there, I will most likely get set back, but will use that time as transition. After that, I will start again, for my next phase. Ultimately, I plan on being appx. 185 before school begins on 7/30.
At that point, I will finish up the diet I am on and begin on Weight Watchers. I can't do severe diets when I'm in school. It's IMPOSSIBLE- too stressed out!
My goal is to attack the last 50 pound with toning and swim 2x/week on the weekends. That has always helped me in the past. I just can't bear the thought of getting in a bathing suit until I have gotten down to at LEAST 150- which will be by January 1, 2014!
January to March will be my toning up and final stage of weight loss. I plan on having Spring Break where I can go and actually be able to wear decent clothes again. I am SICK to death of wearing clothes that cover up my body- even when I'm hot. NO MORE! I also have to figure out how to eat normally with this job. I can no longer allow stress to trigger me to over eat!
